CLA negotiations
In 2022 we will again negotiate a new collective labor agreement with the bank. Much is at stake. It is time for an appropriate salary increase and the pension scheme needs attention. In addition, we are looking for more possibilities for a healthy work-life balance for young parents and for colleagues at the end of their career. You will hear more about this soon, because we want to start the collective labor agreement negotiations as soon as possible.
Executive group
Our executive group has a special role, because it is in fact the representative of all our members at Rabobank and Obvion. In normal times they are sparring partners and our eyes and ears in the organization. In negotiations, the executive group is our first sounding board and some members participate directly in the negotiations. The current group consists of colleagues who work within different parts of the bank.

An executive is a member of De Unie and is interested in terms of employment and how they are established. You keep the interests of your colleagues in mind. As an executive you meet a number of times a year with the executive group. You then discuss important topics that live within the bank. Especially matters of an employment conditions character are discussed. As an executive you get time from the bank to properly fulfill your role.
