Last week was a week full of consultations about the Rabobank collective labor agreement. Monday 28 and Wednesday 30 March 2022 has De Unie, together with the other trade unions, negotiated with Rabobank all day long. Friday 1 April 2022 was the reserve day for the parties to the collective labor agreement. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach an agreement on this day either.

The parties to the collective labor agreement have held intensive discussions and all topics have now been discussed. We have made progress on several topics. However, due to the complexity of the talks, the parties to the collective labor agreement have decided to continue the negotiations on Thursday 7 April. Because we want to keep up speed in the negotiations, we tried to clear Tuesday 5 April for consultation, but that turned out to be really impossible for one of the parties to the collective labor agreement.
The parties to the collective labor agreement realize that it is important to reach agreement. After all, more than 20.000 Rabobank employees are waiting for news about their terms of employment.
