Picnic: collective labor agreement 2022-2024

November 08 2021

We recently reached an agreement in principle with Picnic to extend the e-commerce collective labor agreement. The current collective labor agreement expires in April next year. Picnic and De Unie want to extend this collective labor agreement well in time so that employees do not end up without a collective labor agreement.

Main points of the agreement are:

  • Wages will increase by +10% in 3 years. Three times with 3% and a one-off payment of 1%.
  • If the employees agree to the new collective labor agreement, wages will already be increased by 2,5% this week.
  • The adjustment in wages for Captains, Runners and Runners+ and age-independent wages for Shoppers will become part of the collective labor agreement.
  • Every year goes De Unie in conversation with Picnic to discuss the results of the satisfaction surveys from January.

You can find the full text of the agreement here.

De Unie is satisfied with the result. The agreements made are nice improvements that fit in with the growth that Picnic is experiencing.
At least ten percent more salary, of which two and a half percent will take effect almost immediately.

As with the negotiations in 2019, we are therefore counting on a large majority of employees to support this agreement once again.

The voice of all Picnic employees is therefore important! This week they will receive an SMS with a link to vote.
You can vote until Sunday 14 November 2021.
