On January 27, 2021, Inge de Vries, advocate for the NN Group, sent a newsletter in which we asked to complete a survey. We have received a good response, we have already received many forms. A lot of people take the trouble to give tips to the negotiators, thanks for that, this is useful.
About 8.000 employees work at NN and not all of them have responded yet. Have you already completed the survey? Thanks for that. Not yet filled? Do you still want it please here to do. Completing it does not take much time and of course your answer will be treated confidentially. And have you already asked your colleagues to give their opinion? You can forward this message so that colleagues who are not members of a trade union can also give their opinion.
Questions
Many questions also come in through the survey. Sometimes about the survey, sometimes about the collective labor agreement negotiations and sometimes about employment conditions at NN. You can answer the general questions and the answers to them here read. There are many more questions, but these deal specifically with the negotiations, their answers are better suited to the members' meetings.
Member meeting
De Unie has organized five member meetings. We want to give everyone the opportunity to participate and contribute ideas. That is why different days and times have been chosen. We can give you more information in a meeting. In addition, you will be able to speak to colleagues and test your opinion against that of colleagues.
The agenda for the members meeting is as follows:
- Opening by the chairman
- Deployment of NN in the collective labor agreement process
- Deployment of the joint trade unions
- One-year or multi-year collective labor agreement, scenarios
- Impasse in collective bargaining
- Preliminary results of the survey
- Participation, discussion with and by the participants in the meeting
- What now
- Any other business and closing by the chairman
