A new European law has been in force in the Netherlands since 1 August. The goal: to make the content of your work and your rights in the workplace more transparent and predictable. This law will change a lot, including:
- extension of information obligation for your employer
- right to free education
- right to request a more predictable employment relationship
- more predictability in wholly or largely unpredictable work
- curtailment ban on ancillary activities
