Nayak: Results roll-call vote new schedule

On Friday, May 25, 2018, there were three meetings where you could vote on the new 4-4 schedule. The difference with the previous proposal of the 4-4 schedule is that the schedule now has three options. You can choose from them. In this message I inform you about the result of the vote.

Not everyone was able to attend the voting rounds on May 25, 2018. That is why you will receive the result of the vote via this message.
Almost everyone who was allowed to vote also voted. The new schedule was adopted by a large majority. There was 1 vote against, the rest (97%) voted in favor.
This means that Nayak will enter the schedule. The employer will ask employees to confirm their choice from one of the three variants in writing. Nayak will include this choice in its personnel file.
Enter new timetable
In addition, Nayak wishes to introduce the schedule as of June 1, 2018. The implementation date is not something that Nayak has with the vakbondand need to tune. The CLA Metalelektro does apply. This states that a new roster may only be entered by the employer after 14 days before the roster comes into effect.
Nevertheless, an employer may ask its employees to enter the roster earlier. Employees do not have to agree to this request, but it is allowed. If a majority of employees do not agree with the request, Nayak may enter the roster on June 9, 2018 at the earliest. The employer will submit his request to enter the roster by 1 June to the employees by e-mail.
