MITT: What do you want in the new collective labor agreement?

Although the ink of the current MITT CLA has only just dried, we are already sitting down together to come up with a new MITT CLA. The current collective labor agreement only runs until April 1, 2020.

CLA commitment

At the beginning of this month, the three unions discussed upcoming negotiations with their executives. Topics covered included purchasing power improvement, disability insurance, pension premium, generation pact, youth wages, dispensation policy, PKB and the shift matrix. The members now ask what you in the commitment letter of De Unie for the new collective labor agreement MITT 2020 and beyond? To help a little bit is here. the terms of employment note of De Unie. I, advocate Emanuel Geurts, would like to receive the commitment to the new collective labor agreement before Monday 2 December next by emanuel.geurts@unie.nl.

Start negotiations

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, we will start with the first collective labor agreement consultation. The commitment letter of De Unie, other unions and employers are then discussed. We have planned four dates to arrive at a negotiation result. These are January 21, 2020, February 18, 2020 and March 23, 2020.

Executive group

As a Union member you can also participate in the management group. This means that you receive all the documents from the collective labor agreement consultation or that you sit at the negotiating table with me. Do you think this is for you? Then contact the Union executive, Mr Wita. He will be happy to inform you about what it means and why he likes it.
