Our actions are starting to pay off! At the end of last year, I, representative Gertjan Tommel, already told you that there were tensions between employers about the rigid attitude in the negotiations of Metaalunie in particular. Now it is also openly discussed in the newspaper. It seems that employers are experiencing metal fatigue. We just have to hold on and build strength. Because then this metal sleeper will also bend and give in. But we are not there yet! Your support and actions continue to be required. For that reason, there will be a number of actions together with FNV and CNV Vakmensen on Thursday and Friday.

Where are the actions?
We hold these actions in the form of regional 24-hour strikes known to you. To register for these 24-hour strikes in your region, we again organize a so-called strike street. A drive-thru where you can fill in your strike registration form and then head home.
Op Thursday January 20 2022 is there a strike in Region West Brabant (Tilburg/Breda). Location is it parking lot of Sports complex Den Butter to the Hannie Schaftlaan 20 te Rows. Registration starts at 09.00 Hours and runs to 10.00 Hours.
Vrijdag January 21, 2022 is there a 24-hour strike in the Utrecht region. You can get in between 09.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. register via the staking street Savannahweg (opposite Ascom) at Lage Weide industrial park te Utrecht.
