KPN: Negotiation result of collective labor agreement and social plan reached

Negotiations have recently taken place for a new collective labor agreement and social plan. We have reached a negotiation result. Below is the main result.

Outline collective labor agreement
Salary

  • The term is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
  • Collective salary increase of 2,6% as of August 1, 2022.
    (The part >RSP100 as a one-time amount).
  • The individual pay increase is in accordance with the matrix from the current collective labor agreement. (RSP to 80%=3% / to 90%=2,5% / 90 to 95%=1,75% /95 to 100%=1,5%).
  • A one-off payment of € 150 gross (for full-time employment) with the salary payment of March 2022.

Other agreements collectively

  • Ability to save leave for sabbatical. Save a minimum of 5 weeks and a maximum of 26 weeks in a maximum of 4 years.
  • Possibility to exchange Ascension Day for another non-Christian holiday or anniversary.
  • Additional birth leave according to the law WIEG 5 weeks 85% of the salary.
  • Additional leave for “rainbow families”.
  • An Early Retirement Scheme (RVU). If you qualify for this, you can leave employment 1 year earlier. All conditions are stated in the text of the result.
  • The private supplement to WW and WGA (PAWW) will be continued.

Social plan

  • The term of the social plan is from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024.
  • The fixed fee is retained.
  • The transition payment is based on 2020 with a factor of 1.7.

Cast your vote

These were difficult negotiations that sometimes lasted until late in the evening. We are satisfied with a number of parts. We would have liked the salary to be a little higher. On the other hand, we were also able to remove a number of topics from the table, such as stretching the ATW, so that you would be available 12 hours a day.
