Because negotiations are starting for a new collective labor agreement, the unions will submit a proposal letter. From De Unie we are thinking of, among other things, a structural wage increase that is in line with inflation, supplementing parental leave to 100% and adjusting the tax-exempt kilometer allowance in 2023. We are also thinking of May 5 as an annual holiday.
