The first step in our preparation is a survey among our members. How happy are you with the collective labor agreement? Which collective labor agreement provisions do you use? What in the collective labor agreement makes you proud to work at ING? Which collective labor agreement provisions are not of interest to you?
With this inventory we want to get a good picture of how we can better match the collective labor agreement with your wishes. This helps us to determine a good approach for the upcoming collective labor agreement negotiations. The survey consists of 16 questions. Members have been invited to complete the survey. If you forward the survey to your colleagues, they can also complete it, which gives us a broader picture. You can take the survey here to fill in.
