Wednesday, March 10 De Unie and the other trade unions must jointly conclude that further negotiation about the collective labor agreement is no longer useful at this time. We have therefore suspended the consultation until April 13 next. We then informed the members and there were seven explanation sessions for the members of the trade unions.

Investigation
The next step is that the joint trade unions are now organizing a broad survey. This is now distributed to ING employees and can be filled in by all ING employees covered by ING's collective labor agreement. So feel free to share it with your colleagues. They probably also have an opinion about the collective labor agreement negotiations at ING.
The questions are about the different positions in the negotiations and give you the opportunity to indicate what you think. The survey is ongoing until Thursday, April 8. The union leaders and executives will then review the results and draw conclusions. These will then be taken to the meeting with ING on 13 April next.
