ING: Collective Labor Agreement negotiations

As announced, De Unie present the White Paper on Monday 3 October 2022. The ING board has meanwhile promised to receive the White Paper on this day.
On September 16, De Unie called on members to help get the collective labor agreement negotiations moving. We asked the question: ING sees no reason to improve the salary offer of a collective, structural 2% salary increase. What does this do to you?
There is a good response
Many members have already responded, thank you very much for this. Together with CNV Vakmensen, we already have a representative participation. But of course we want to make an even more impression when we have a meeting with the management at the ING head office on 3 October. Then it helps if we can hand over a thick book. A book full of stories from ING employees about how they feel about a structural salary offer of 2%.

Have you not yet submitted your contribution to the White Paper? Then do this here , submission is possible until Friday 30 September 2022. Also colleagues who are not members of De Unie can participate in this promotion. Please forward this letter to your colleagues.
Month of the vakbond
