ING Bank: Negotiations for the new collective labor agreement are about to start!

On Wednesday 31 October 2018, we kicked off the negotiations for a new collective labor agreement. In this member letter I indicate the topics that will be discussed.

Subjects new collective labor agreement

Nearly six thousand ING employees completed the survey about appreciation and remuneration; a great response! It goes without saying that appreciating and rewarding ends up on the negotiating table as a topic. The other topics we will be talking about are employability, disability, CSR, time, work pressure and flex. The issue of informal care falls under the subject of time and the Union concept of customization is applied to all subjects. For each topic, a leader from ING and the trade unions has been appointed to prepare the topic for the negotiation day.

Now that the topics are known, you as a Union member can pass on your commitment to me. Then create the executives, using the perspective paper 2018 of De Unie, the commitment letter of De Unie for the new collective labor agreement and will be sent to the members. On November 30, 2018, we will discuss the commitment letters from the three unions and ING. We also look at the planning of the negotiation days that we have reserved up to and including February 2019.

As a Union member you can influence the deployment of De Unie and on the process by giving your opinion. This can be done via my e-mail or call me on 06-52522074. Naturally, the members receive the newsletters about the progress of the negotiations. You can also increase your influence by joining the executive group. Certainly in the coming period you will be on top of the developments and in the driving seat. Do you want to know how this goes? De Uniemembers can come for a trial run on November 27, 2018 from 10.00:12.00 AM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM.
