HTC: CLA final offer

In the past period we have negotiated a number of times for a new collective labor agreement. HTC has made a final offer. That means this is it and they don't want to go any further. You can here read the entire final offer.

Final offer

HTC only wanted to make an agreement about the wage increase.

This means the following:

  • Two-year term from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024.
  • 1 December 2022 one-off € 1.000 gross pro rata part-time percentage.
  • All pay scales increase by 3,5% on January 1, 2023 and another 3,5% on January 1, 2024.
  • The profit-sharing scheme will be expanded on the understanding that the scheme will also apply (pro rata) to employees who have been fully or partially incapacitated for work during the calendar year. A profit distribution of 2022% is guaranteed over 4,5 (scheme remains part of the collective labor agreement, guarantee % is only for this year given the circumstances).

To vote

Your employer indicates that this does justice to the financial circumstances of HTC and the employees. We would have liked to see more pay rises. The members have received an invitation to vote until December 19, 2022, 12.00 noon.
