Social plan
Haag Wonen wants to improve the quality of its organization and employees. To ensure that this process takes place carefully, Haag Wonen, FNV Woondiensten, CNV Vakmensen and De Unie agreed on a social plan. This includes, among other things, how the placement takes place, how you can object if necessary and which financial components apply.
In a good atmosphere, we went through several rounds of negotiations with the board, HR and the works council and went through the various situations that Haag Wonen and its employees could encounter. What also helped was the conversation that the three union leaders had with the employees present during a digital employee meeting on November 17, 2021.

Now that there is a draft social plan, you are the one who can make it formal by casting your vote on it. Members have been invited to vote by Monday 21 March.
