Sale completed
On September 1, DSM informed us that the sale of Protective Materials has been completed. Naturally, the AVIENT site also mentions this news item.
From September 1, the members can be found in our membership administration under:
- AVIENT Protective Materials
Of course, looking after the individual interests unabridged. Until October 1, 2023, the DSM collective labor agreement will still apply to AVIENT Protective Materials and the collective interests covered.
Member recruitment
Very important: De Unie only talk about working conditions by the grace of its members. A constituency of some size is emphatically desirable. If there is no support, then the seat at the negotiating table also lapses and therefore the possibility to participate in decision-making. I ask you to be alert to signals from colleagues who have not yet De Unie are connected. The reason you once joined can still be a reason for others to join too De Unie. And – remember – the legal expenses insurance is not at the table.
