Collective Labor Agreement 2021
Due to the effect of corona on the Beverage sector, the parties tacitly extended the 2020-2019 CLA for Beverages by one year at the end of 2020. The same terms and conditions of employment will remain in effect for you until December 31, 2021.
Collective Labor Agreement 2022
Employers and trade unions have previously expressed their intention to make new collective labor agreements for 2022. The study agreements in the collective labor agreement on the generation pact, financial advice and rosters have been completed and will soon be on the negotiation table. In October I asked the members what is important to them and the input of De Unie during collective bargaining. With the input received and the employment conditions policy of De Unie have I our letter of commitment made for collective bargaining.

The collective labor agreement consultations will start digitally on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. The subsequent negotiation days are Monday, January 24, 2022 and Tuesday, February 8, 2022. After the first negotiations, I will inform you about it in a newsletter and I am curious about your opinion.
