Start collective agreement
The collective labor agreement consultation started on Tuesday 23 November 2021. Due to the corona measures, this was not live but digital. The input of De Unie was our letter of commitment for collective bargaining. There is one minor change in our letter of commitment. The fact is that the 3rd WW year/PAWW is not yet available in the sector and that it cannot be extended as proposed by us. It is now proposed to participate on a sectoral basis.
Employers want to make agreements with us about wages, generation pact, financial advice and a two-year collective labor agreement. Where one of the detailed study agreements was about the clock hour matrix, this is now not on the negotiating table. Employers found the subject itself too complicated to make a proposal about it. read here the commitment of employers.
Now I am curious about the members' opinions on the employers' proposals. Would you please give this to me via Emanuel.Geurts@unie.nl? Then I can use that feedback in the upcoming rounds of negotiations on Monday, January 24, 2022 and Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
