What is still being talked about?
- The termination fee
- The duration of the social plan
- The voluntary departure scheme
- The intermediaries
De Unie is not satisfied with the results of one of the intermediaries. We have therefore asked your employer to reconsider the outplacement guidance. Outplacement is an important part of the social plan and a good agency can help you in your search for a new job.
The voluntary severance package is not in question in itself. We are still talking about the cancellation period.
The severance payment is the most expensive part of the social plan. CZ on the one hand and trade unions on the other are not yet on the same page. We will now first make calculations so that we have a good idea of the consequences of the various ideas.
