A negotiation result was recently reached on a new collective labor agreement. In the past 10 days, members of the AC National Unions voted, where De Unie is connected, about this negotiation result. Here is the result of this consultation.

Voting result AC National Unions:
- Yes to this collective labor agreement: 90%
- No to this collective labor agreement: 9%
- Vote abstention: 1%
Since the majority of the members voted for this negotiating result, the AC Government Unions agree with this negotiating result. This also applies to the other unions. This means that your employment conditions will change as of April 1, 2022 in accordance with the new collective labor agreement.
