What do the members think?

87% of voters voted in favour. Most members were pleasantly surprised by the structural salary increase of 3%. Although there were negative comments because the salary increase will only take effect on 1 July 2022.

The votes against (13% of the votes cast were against) generally indicated that they found the pension agreement insufficient. They indicate that an adequate pension scheme has not yet been reached. This is of crucial importance to them.

How further

Ordered before De Unie there is work to be done now. We have made collective bargaining agreements that still need to be worked out in more detail. This concerns, for example, the possibility to work 4×9 hours, the evaluation of the ATV scheme and the possibility to do voluntary work 1 day a year during working hours. De Unie also feels the clear task of the members to bring the pension scheme up to the level that you can expect from a company that is active in the pension sector.

Collective Labor Agreement 2023

The collective labor agreement has a term until December 31, 2022. So the negotiations for the next collective labor agreement will soon be upon us. Naturally strives De Unie We are committed to completing the negotiations in time this year so that the next salary increase can take effect on January 1, 2023.
