Astellas: Negotiation result reached

In the past period, there were a number of consultations for a new collective labor agreement. A negotiation result has now been reached. Below you will find the main points of the agreement.

Duration

The collective labor agreement has a term of 1 year, from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

Salary

The collective labor agreement salary scales and current salaries (for employees in scales 1 to 11 (Global Grade 6-16)) will be structurally increased by 1% as of 2022 April 3,75. De Unie also drew attention to employees above scale 11. Unfortunately, Astellas did not want to make any agreements about this.

Social plan

The current social plan will be extended unchanged until 31 December 2023 at the latest.

Sustainable employability

This year, the parties to the collective labor agreement agree to give more internal attention to the subject of sustainable employability by means of, among other things, an intranet publication on this subject. In this way, more attention will be paid to the existing measures that Astellas has already taken, in the collective labor agreement but also outside it.

Astellas will also investigate how the current measures in the field of sustainable employability (and in particular the senior days and the age days) relate to a possible generation pact scheme (80% work, 90% salary and 100% pension accrual).

During the term of the collective labor agreement, Astellas will keep the unions regularly informed of the progress.

Personal Budget (PGB)

The current arrangement for the Personal Budget will be continued during the term of the collective labor agreement. During the term of the collective labor agreement, employees are eligible for a Personal Budget of € 350 gross per year. Employees can save an amount of up to 3 years and take out an advance of up to 2 years, so that the total can never exceed 3 years. The maximum budget to be spent over a period of 3 years thus amounts to € 1.050 gross. In the event of departure on your own initiative, a refund scheme applies to any advance payment. We would have bet differently on this, but it is positive if there is a budget that you can save.

To vote

The members have received an invitation to vote until June 15 at noon† We present the result positively to the members. We have not achieved all points, but we are satisfied on a number of points. Subjects will also receive more attention and will be discussed, such as a generation pact scheme 80-90-100. on June 13 from 15.00 p.m. to 16.00 p.m. we organize an online members meeting about the achieved result.
