ASML: Employment conditions development

May 27, 2021

De Unie invites ASML employees to participate in one of our digital walk-in sessions. In these sessions we ask employees to give their opinion about the terms of employment at ASML. We would like to hear from employees, so that we can include this in our conversations that we have with ASML.

Not receiving our newsletter yet? Then sign up quickly.

The following digital walk-in sessions are still open:

  • Monday, May 31, 2021, 12.00 noon - 13.00 pm
  • Monday, May 31, 2021, 16.00 noon - 17.00 pm

You can simply register and subscribe your here give up. At least 1 hour before the meeting you will receive a digital link to log in in your e-mail box.

Have you registered yet? Or do you have a colleague who is interested? Then you can forward this invitation.

De Unie likes to listen to the opinion of all employees. For this reason, we had the DigiC study carried out by MWM30-Innervoice last year, between March 17 and April 2, together with ASML. More than 7.000 colleagues completed this DigiC survey. You can read the results of this representative research here read. In front of De Unie these results are leading in the discussions with ASML about terms of employment.

Our first conclusion is that there are already many good terms of employment. We do not want to change what has been properly arranged. But the DigiC survey that you have filled in en masse shows that there is also room for improvement. Are you curious about the ideas of De Unie? read here our proposal letter, based on the DigiC research.

Now that discussions with ASML about employment conditions are being started, we would like to invite you to talk to us. Do you recognize the results of the research? Are there perhaps new developments (for example with regard to working from home) that influence your wishes and needs? What do you think of our proposals? What do you want to tell us in the conversations with ASML? We would love to hear from you.
