In recent times, the members of De Unie can vote on the new collective labor agreement at asr. The members agreed with the result achieved by a large majority.

The members of the other trade unions also voted in favor of the result achieved. With this, the new collective labor agreement is a fact. The texts of the collective labor agreement will be adjusted in the coming period.
The appointments
In February, employees receive a one-off payment of € 300 gross with their salary. As of March 1, 2021 and 2022, you will receive a structural salary increase of 2,25%. In addition, the new regulations for working from home will come into effect. This includes the homeworking allowance, the new travel expenses scheme and the option of receiving aids for working from home on loan from asr. Due to the call to work completely from home, the home work allowance in the first quarter is € 50 net per month.
In addition, there is also the option to request a partially paid sabbatical and the option to make use of the RVU scheme three years before your state pension age. Here you can find our previous letters read it again.
