The fourth round of negotiations with Plantum regarding the new collective labor agreement for garden seed companies took place on December 3, 2025. The final offer remains below inflation of 2,9%, further depressing purchasing power. Members can vote on the final offer until 4:00 PM on December 29, 2025.
