Payment after employer bankruptcy (DAS)

My employer is bankrupt and the UWV is not taking over all my claims.

If your employer can no longer pay his costs, the judge can declare him bankrupt. A trustee is then appointed to make decisions for and about the company. You may qualify for a bankruptcy benefit from the UWV. Are there claims that the UWV will not take over? Then you can use this letter to inform the trustee that you are a creditor.
