De Unie is the largest trade association in the financial sector. We negotiate the collective labor agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme at de Volksbank, Rabobank, ABNAMRO and ING. We are also a collective labor agreement partner in the General Banking Collective Labor Agreement. We also sit at the table with all major insurance companies such as Achmea, a.s.r., Aegon and Nationale Nederlanden Group.
