De Volksbank & De Unie
De Unie is the largest trade association in the financial sector. We negotiate the collective labor agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme at de Volksbank, Rabobank, ABNAMRO and ING. We are also a collective labor agreement partner in the General Banking Collective Labor Agreement. We also sit at the table with all major insurance companies such as Achmea, a.s.r., Aegon and Nationale Nederlanden Group. Our members benefit from the extensive knowledge and experience in employment conditions and employment conditions formation in the industry.

Executive group
We have an executive group at de Volksbank to support our interests. The executive group consists of members who like to make an extra effort for their colleagues at the bank. The executive group meets several times a year and helps the representative to formulate a position, conveys concerns from colleagues and is therefore the eyes and ears within the bank.
