De Unie is directly involved with Saab Technologies in the Netherlands as a collective labor agreement party. We represent the interests of employees by holding early and regular consultations. De Unie plays an important role in the drafting of the collective labor agreement and other employment conditions schemes. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.

Representation of collective interests

De Unie is there for better and for worse. To conclude attractive collective agreements and good social plans if necessary.
