De Unie at Picnic

At Picnic, we work according to the principle that all employees, union members or not, are allowed to discuss their employment conditions. In doing so, we follow the DigiC process. De Unie is directly involved with Picnic in the Netherlands as a collective labor agreement party. We represent the interests of employees by holding early and regular consultations. De Unie plays an important role in the drafting of the collective labor agreement and other employment conditions schemes. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.

In April 2020 De Unie Based on a major DigiC survey, the first Pincic (E-commerce) collective labor agreement has been concluded for Picnic employees working in the Hubs and Distribution Centers.

Representation of collective interests
De Unie is there for better and for worse. To conclude attractive collective agreements and good social plans if necessary. However, in the background we are continuously monitoring the state of affairs such as the implementation of collective labor agreement projects, strategy developments, pilots and studies. All things that you have to deal with and where De Unie represents your interest.
