De Unie at Maersk

At Maersk, we work according to the principle that all employees, union members or not, have a say in their employment conditions. In doing so, we follow the DigiC process. Read more below:

De Unie As a collective labor agreement party, is directly involved with Maersk in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of employees through early and regular consultation. De Unie plays an important role in the drafting of the collective labor agreement and other employment conditions schemes. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.

Modern labour relations
