De Unie As a collective labor agreement party, is directly involved with Maersk in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of employees through early and regular consultation. De Unie plays an important role in the drafting of the collective labor agreement and other employment conditions schemes. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.
