De Unie at the Chamber of Commerce

De Unie is available to all employees of the Chamber of Commerce. Through regular consultations, we discuss all topics that play a role within the company. We don't do that alone. Together with the executives, we discuss what is going on and what needs to be discussed. A member of staff always participates in these consultations.

In 2020, the Normalization of the Legal Position of Civil Servants Act, the WNRA, will come into effect. This means a change in your legal position. The current employment conditions from the ARAR will be converted into a collective labor agreement. It concerns your employment conditions and the From work to Work policy.

It will come into effect in 2020. Civil servants will then have the same legal status as most Dutch citizens. But you are still a civil servant. So requirements such as incorruptibility, without respect of persons and reliability continue to apply.
