De Unie at ING

ING & De Unie

De Unie is the largest trade association in the financial sector. We negotiate the collective labor agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme at ING, Rabobank, ABNAMRO and de Volksbank. We are also a collective labor agreement partner in the General Banking Collective Labor Agreement. We also sit at the table with all major insurance companies such as Achmea, asr, Aegon and Nationale Nederlanden Group. Our members benefit from the extensive knowledge and experience in employment conditions and employment conditions formation in the industry.

Our members determine

Our members at ING have real influence, we ensure that. Our commitment to collective labor agreements is always achieved in consultation with the members. We will submit all important changes to the employment conditions package for a vote. Before and during negotiations, we keep our members constantly informed of the latest developments. We send substantive mailings, organize webinars and team meetings, and are active on social media and via WhatsApp.

Executive group

We have an executive group at ING to support our interests. The executive group consists of members who like to make an extra effort for their colleagues at the bank. The executive group meets several times a year and helps the representative to formulate a position, conveys concerns from colleagues and is therefore the eyes and ears within the bank. If you are interested in becoming a member of the executive group, send a message to the representative. We are happy to explain what you can expect.
