The Internationale Nederlanden Groep is better known by its abbreviation ING. ING is a bank that has a strong European position and has 15.000 employees in the Netherlands.

De Unie As a CLA party, is directly involved with ING in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of our members by conducting early and regular consultation. As a large trade association within ING plays De Unie an important role in the formation of the collective labor agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.

Modern labour relations

You work at ING Bank and a modern trade union that works in your interest fits in with that. That is real De Unie. De Unie opts for modern industrial relations with shared objectives: working on an organization with a future. De Unie is there for you!

Representation of collective interests

De Unie is there for better or for worse. To conclude nice collective labor agreements and good social planning if necessary. However, in the background we are continuously monitoring the state of affairs such as the implementation of agile collective labor agreement projects, reorganisations, strategy developments, pilots and studies. All things you have to deal with and where De Unie represents your interest.

Individual advocacy

If you are dealing with an imminent individual conflict, or you would like personal advice in the areas of career development, retirement or other work-related matters, De Unie is also there to represent your interests. Personal, decisive and solution-oriented. You can ask De Unie experts for advice via email at  sc@unie.nl or telephone number 0345 - 851 963.

Member benefits

As a Union member you also have all kinds of (financial) benefits. View on our member benefits page .

Would you like to talk to an ING colleague and Uniekader member within your unit about what is going on with you or their experiences in certain subjects? Which can! They are happy to listen to your story and / or give you advice. Send our representative an email via emanuel.geurts@unie.nl and he puts you in touch with one of them.
