We are also a collective labor agreement partner in the General Banking Collective Labor Agreement. We also sit at the table with all major insurance companies such as Achmea, asr, Aegon and Nationale Nederlanden Group. We have an executive group at ING to support our interests. The executive group consists of members who like to make an extra effort for their colleagues at the bank. The executive group meets several times a year and helps the representative to formulate a position, conveys concerns from colleagues and is therefore the eyes and ears within the bank. If you are interested in becoming a member of the executive group, send a message to the representative. We are happy to explain what you can expect.
