Approach is a good thing
The VCP has been arguing for considerable containment of the non-competition clause and is pleased that this is now being addressed. More than three million employees are currently faced with a non-competition clause, often incorrectly according to research. That equates to 37 percent of the working population. In 2015 this was still 19 percent.
