High

The vote on the final offer of Zorgverzekeraars Nederland has been completed at all three trade unions. The members of De Unie have broadly agreed to the final offer. Many members have taken the opportunity to comment on their vote. In addition to the critical voices about wages in particular, there is generally the realization that the final offer is the highest achievable. The members of CNV Vakmensen have also agreed to the final offer and the members of FNV Finance have not. This means that there will be a new collective labor agreement that will De Unie and CNV Vakmensen is signed.

The employers have been informed of the results. Although they would rather have concluded a collective labor agreement with three trade unions, they will continue with this result. The follow-up is that the collective labor agreement texts are adjusted and the payment of the wage increase and one-off benefit can be prepared. You will receive a message from me as soon as the new collective labor agreement texts are ready.
