Results of the collective labor agreement vote
The vote on the final offer of Zorgverzekeraars Nederland has been completed at all three trade unions. The members of De Unie have largely (71%) agreed with the final offer. Among the dissenters, the wage offer and the longer term were the most important. No neutral votes were cast in this round of voting.
Members of other unions have also agreed to the final offer. This means that a new collective labor agreement will be signed by three unions.
The employers have now been informed of the results. The next step is to adjust the collective labor agreement texts and prepare the wage increase. As soon as the new collective labor agreement texts are ready, the members will receive a message about this.
