Start collective labor agreement negotiations
Earlier I asked you what you want to achieve in the field of pay, leave, hybrid work, development, wellbeing, social involvement and inclusion & diversity. Thanks for the many responses to this question! It gave me good input for the commitment letter VAN De Unie.
On Wednesday 20 April 2022, we started negotiations with an explanation of the proposals letters of De Unie, the other trade unions and the employers† As you can read, employers have not only made few proposals but also no wage offers. They have verbally indicated that they will make a wage offer later in the process. Then wait with interest.
Wednesday 18 May 2022 we will have the second round of negotiations. We will then discuss the various proposals made by the parties to the collective labor agreement in more detail. Of course you will receive a report from me again.
