Health insurers: Final offer collective agreement

October 07, 2022

The social partners have been negotiating for a new collective labor agreement for several months, but unfortunately without any negotiation result. Employers now make a final offer on the collective labor agreement on which the members of the trade unions can vote.

Final offer collective labor agreement negotiations

Employers have a final offer formulated on wages and all other matters that have been put on the negotiating table from trade unions. Topics such as parental leave, bereavement leave and transitional leave have been taken over, while other matters relating to sustainability, employability, hybrid work and work stress have not.

I expect your employer to also provide text and explanation for the choices made in the final offer. After all, employers have promised to do this, after you made that call matter through me.

Vote and sequel

Members have the opportunity to cast their vote until Sunday 23 October 2022. Depending on the outcome of the vote, there may or may not be a new collective labor agreement. Since the current collective labor agreement has not been terminated, it will continue unchanged from 1 October 2022.
