Health insurers: Final offer

During the last round of negotiations on September 19, 2024, employers and trade unions unfortunately failed to reach a negotiating result.  Social partners have spoken in good terms on many subjects. Employers are now making a final offer on the collective labour agreement, on which the members of the trade unions can cast their vote.

Final offer

Employers have a final offer formulated on wages, duration and many other issues that were put on the negotiating table by trade unions. Topics such as financial advice, sabbatical, working until retirement age, informal care, disability pension and corporate social responsibility have been included in the final offer.

Vote and sequel

We will put the final offer to the vote of the members with a Full membership. They can cast their vote on it until Monday, October 14, 2024 at 12.00:XNUMX noon. Then I will announce the results of the vote De Unie and the other parties share with you. Depending on the outcome of the vote, there will be a new collective labor agreement or not. As long as there is no new collective labor agreement, the existing collective labor agreement will continue unchanged from October 1, 2024.
