From 2e The House of Representatives voted in favor of the new pension law in December 2022. Now it's up to 1e Chamber to give their opinion on it. On January 17, 2023, they began considering the law. You can find more about this at https://www.werkenaanonspensioen.nl/.

The SBZ pension fund is also involved in informing its participants. For example, a series of webinars on various components can be followed via https://www.sbzpensioen.nl/webinars. The fund also explains what the new pension system means for your income for later https://www.sbzpensioen.nl/pensioenakkoord.

The trade unions and employers are discussing a new pension scheme among themselves and also with the pension fund. For example, we recently discussed the latest amendments to the pension law, the timeline until implementation (intended 1-1-2025), risk attitude, administrator Achmea Pensioen Services, calculations to be made for compensation, disability pension and communication about the content and process. to all participants, employees and employers. We will have further discussions in the coming months. These should lead to a new regulation in the last quarter, which I will then put to your vote.
