That is why we consulted with Zorg van de Zaak again last week about a better result for the salary increase. We have consulted well and intensively. And we were able to agree on an additional improvement for the salary. We are satisfied with that.
Improved result
Everyone will receive a structural salary increase of 4% in 2023, instead of 3%. This increase is made up as follows; 3% as of January 1; 0,75% as of October 1 and 0,25% as of December 1.
That means the following for the salary:
Explanation: The average impact in percentages of the one-off payments (total € 2.200 gross, i.e. € 1.000 gross + € 500 net + € 500 gross) and the indexations are also shown above per salary scale. The one-off payments are in proportion to the employment and the time of commencement of employment.

We ask you to vote on this improved result for the salary increase. We have a short period before the vote. This is due to the start of the increase in January.
