The result in outline
The collective labor agreement runs from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
- Employees will receive a structural salary increase of 3% as of 1 January 2023.
- As of January 1, 2023, employees will receive a one-off gross payment of € 1.000 for full-time employment and in proportion to the date they entered into employment. This will be paid in January 2023.
- In December 2023, a one-off gross payment of € 500 will be provided for full-time employment and in proportion to the date on which they entered employment.
- The existing monetary net remuneration of € 500 for full-time employment will be paid net in 2023 over the first five months (€ 100 per month).
- The homework allowance will be increased to € 1 per working day as of 2023 January 2,15.
- The existing (temporary) scheme for travel expenses will be continued in 2023. Both business and home/work travel costs remain €0,28 per kilometre.

We've been talking about the pay rise for a long time. We would have liked to see more here. But this was not feasible for Zorg van de Zaak. We are satisfied with a number of other agreements. The floor is now up to the members. The members have received an invitation to vote until January 2, 2023, 12.00 p.m.
