Housing services: Voting results

April 13, 2022

Employers made their ultimate offer in the last round of negotiations and then it was up to members to give their opinion. The members could cast their vote until Monday 11 April 2022. With this newsletter I inform you about the result of the vote.

Vote and sequel

The members of De Unie voted in favor by a large majority. Rounded off, 75% is in favour, 6% voted neutral and 19% was against. There was also the option to post comments. Regardless of their vote, there were those who would have preferred a one-year collective labor agreement and found the wage percentage too low in the second year. But there was also appreciation, partly in view of the starting position of employers.

Members of CNV Vakmensen and FNV Woondiensten have also agreed to the ultimate offer from employers. On the side of Aedes, the Governing Board has also done this. The consequence is that the collective labor agreement is signed by the parties involved and is then made available. The pay increase can now be processed retroactively in April. The other terms and conditions of employment are also included in the new Collective Labor Agreement for Residential Services 2022-2203.
