Together with the executives, we have already looked at a number of topics. We also had an initial exploratory meeting with de Volksbank. We are thinking of a wage increase in line with inflation, sabbatical/vital leave and an unchanged extension of the current social plan.
Together with the executives, your input and the employment conditions policy of De Unie we will prepare a proposal letter for the collective labor agreement negotiations. The first negotiations are on September 14.
