We have received many responses and explanations. For which many thanks!

For now this means the following:

  • As of March 1, 2023 structural wage increase by 6%. Paid out in April, so with retroactive effect.
  • Duration 1 year 1-1-2023 to 1-1-2024.
  • Employees who use their own transport to commute to and from work declare their travel expenses to VGZ. In 2023, employees will receive a compensation of € 5 per kilometer from 81 kilometers and up to a maximum of 0,21 kilometers (currently this is € 0,19). If the fiscal scope for 2024 is expanded to € 0,22 per kilometre, VGZ will adjust its reimbursement accordingly.
  • From 1 February 2023, the home working allowance will also be reimbursed on a declaration basis and will amount to € 2,15 net per home working day. This net home work allowance replaces the current gross home work allowance.
  • Parental leave 9 weeks 70% of salary.
  • The current social plan will be continued unchanged from 1 January 2023 for a period of 2 years. In 2023 and 2024, this will provide clarity and certainty about the working method and agreements for organizational changes.

Continuation

We are now going to work on the texts of the collective labor agreement. We will also restart the regular consultation. And because the collective labor agreement is for a period of 1 year, we will soon start preparing for the sequel.
