Feedback from previous years has been taken to heart. The conversations at the table will be more stimulating, it doesn't have to be so soft. At the collective labor agreement symposium you have the opportunity to voice your opinion. All input will be shared with all negotiating parties during the symposium. It is important to hear from so many employees during these consultations, which will make the negotiations much better in terms of content!
The topics covered:
- Inflation and its impact on the negotiations
- Contract security or a flexible layer, what is the need?
- What makes UWV an attractive employer?
- Career development
The symposium is led by an independent chairman, who has a lot of experience with debate situations. Your input will therefore be used by the chairman of the day to ask the right questions to the parties at the table. There is also room to bring up other topics that are important to you and your colleagues. Are you not satisfied with the travel allowance? Do you want other agreements about working from home? Are you worried about the workload? Or do you have another important concern? You can make this clear to the UWV and the trade unions on 26 September.
Het proces
The outcome of this session forms the basis for the negotiations about your new collective labor agreement. These negotiations will start on October 3, 2022.
