UWV collective bargaining in crucial phase: The negotiations for the UWV collective labor agreement have reached a crucial phase. On Thursday, February 9, 2023, we will continue the collective labor agreement negotiations. This is already an extra scheduled meeting, because we actually wanted to be out with UWV before the end of the year. De Unie and the other trade unions, it is all about creating a good collective labor agreement for you and your colleagues. UWV will then have to come up with a substantially better wage offer and higher expense allowances. The UWV will also have to meet the trade unions seriously on the other collective labor agreement proposals.

Trade unions and UWV are still negotiating. However, negotiations are progressing slowly. That is why we asked the members and their colleagues to sign the petition. With great success, almost half of the employees responded to our call. We hope for such massive support again tomorrow, Thursday 9 February. You can show this support by participating in the following campaign:
Internal communication out of office
We ask you for the internal tomorrow (February 9) email users will receive the following out of office notification in outlook.
“Involved and loyal UWV employees deserve a good collective labor agreement. A collective labor agreement in which appreciation, respect and good employment conditions form the core. We support our trade unions in the collective labor agreement process.”
The message leaves nothing to be desired in terms of clarity. Internal users of e-mail read the approach of the trade unions and find that the trade unions can feel supported by their supporters.
Also inform your colleague about this action. The larger the group of participants, the better it is.
