Opinion of members of De Unie
I, Inge de Vries (representative), am curious about the opinion of all employees of the UWV. For inspiration you can here read what your colleagues have written down at the Fitfestival. This was possible on three large canvases, an initiative of the four trade unions at the UWV. Do you want to share your input? Then send an e-mail with your most important points. What do we already know about UWV employees?
The most frequently mentioned topic on June 17, 2022 was an increase in the travel allowance, which many people find really important. The second topic was the wage increase, with particular reference to high inflation. There were also new topics: several colleagues feel that their job is classified too low in comparison with other UWV jobs. Many employees want more autonomy over working from home or in the office.
How used De Unie your input?
We collect the opinion of the employees and of course use the results anonymously. On the basis of all the information, together with the executives, I prepare a letter of proposals for the collective labor agreement negotiations. In addition, the input will be used for the collective labor agreement symposium that we are organizing together with the UWV on 1 September 2022.
