On December 14, 2022 De Unie collective bargaining with UWV for the fifth time. The consultation was useful because things have become clearer. But we have not progressed. You can download the report of the meeting here .
The conclusion of De Unie is that we are out of negotiations for this year. UWV does not take seriously the proposals we have made on behalf of the members. We cannot change that at the negotiating table. The message has been clearly conveyed, UWV does not want to listen. As trade unions, we will have to increase the pressure on UWV. We can only do this with your help.

Trade unions have drawn up a petition together. By signing this petition you ask the Board of Directors of UWV for a higher salary offer and a better cost reimbursement. We ask you this petition here and to forward this message to your colleagues. Also employees who are not members of De Unie, can sign the petition.

The sixth collective labor agreement consultation is scheduled for 16 January 2023. Trade unions want to present the petition at the start of this consultation. With this we start the consultation with a clear message to UWV. But it will be clear that this will only have an effect if thousands of employees have signed this petition. This impresses UWV and is a clear warning that this can be a prelude to further actions. So there is work to be done. We're counting on you.
