
On May 2, 2024, the members of De Unie an invitation to complete a survey. This survey into the remuneration system at ING has already been completed by many members and their colleagues. We are pleased with the many responses, because the results of this study are important input for the collective labor agreement negotiations that will start this autumn.
Maybe you haven't gotten around to it yet. Fill the collective labor agreement survey then submit it and ask your colleagues to do this too. This is still possible until Wednesday May 22. We then close the survey and take stock.
In the meantime, we are preparing the next survey. This second collective labor agreement survey is about the subject of workload at ING.
